Elizabeth G. Loggia has been in private practice in Maryland since 1993, when she founded her solo practice in Rockville.  She had been engaged in corporate practice prior to that time, focusing on transactional work, contract review, employment issues, and a wide range of general corporate matters.  She joined Ethridge, Quinn, Kemp, McAuliffe, Rowan & Hartinger in November, 2013, and continues to concentrate in the areas of estate planning, probate, business law, and social security disability claims.

Ms. Loggia maintains an active profile in the legal community, having been a past president of both the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland, Inc., and the Montgomery County Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association.  She continues to serve in leadership positions on the Montgomery County Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association and the Bar Association of Montgomery County as well.

Prior to entering private practice, she served as in-house counsel at the Student Loan Marketing Association (Sallie Mae), where she performed in-depth reviews of complex legal documents, including warehousing advances, loan sales agreements, promissory notes, and mortgages. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Federal court admissions include the Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court of Maryland, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Ms. Loggia holds degrees from Brown University and Georgetown University Law Center.  She resides in Darnestown with her husband, Thomas.
